Our host were very friendly and welcoming. They were very helpful as well, offering recommendations and directions to places to eat dinner. They even wrote out a map for us to take with us. They are in a great location and we walked everywhere we went in Inverness. The homemade hot breakfast in the morning was so delicious. We especially...

This was the best B&B i stayed in whilst in Scotland. Easy access to most parts of inverness, tourist sights, Loch ness, train and bus stations. The room was large, immaculate, tastfully furnished, had everything you could possibly want or need, great toiletries etc and the most comfortable bed ever! Breakfast was outstanding. The hosts are lovely, welcoming, generous, accommodating,...

5-10 minute walk to the centre. Very clean, tidy and spacious rooms. The host Michelle is a lovely lady, very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is like 5*. The homemade porridge is a must try. Overall, loved our stay and would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

We have stayed in many wonderful B&B's, but Lynver is the best ever. The ground floor room was spacious with an extremely comfortable king size bed, great linens, a small fridge, two luggage racks, fresh flowers, and every amenity we could have wanted. Michelle and Brian were superb hosts. They made dinner reservations for us, after suggesting several different restaurants....

This was simply an outstanding guest house which I cannot fault. The room was spacious and luxurious. Soft carpets, exquisitely comfortable bed and everything supplied that you could need. Porridge at breakfast was the best I have ever tasted and the food so beautifully presented. Michelle is a friendly and helpful host and we had a wonderful one night stay.

This was our second trip to Lynver Guest House. We first stayed here for our honeymoon two years ago and it was great then too. We returned this year for our second anniversary. Michelle and Brian were great, welcoming and helpful with local information. Breakfast was tasty and well presented. The room was great too. We will definitely return again.

“Our room was at the front of the house and although on a busy road, we weren't bothered with traffic noise, The king size bed was extremely comfortable and the inclusion of a mini fridge meant we could buy our packed lunches the day before and keep them fresh. The en-suite bathroom was very contemporary and like everywhere else, kept spotlessly clean every day - my husband could have stayed in the shower all day!”
