What a great guest house close to the centre of Inverness. This is a large traditional house with several guest rooms and a large guest lounge to the front. The dining room is a conservatory with views of a fabulous garden. Easy to find with plenty of private or on street parking. Richard is an excellent host. My room was...

Very welcoming reception from the friendly hosts. Cosy, warm bedroom, very clean. Delicious cooked breakfast made for us in the morning. Stayed in several B&Bs in Inverness and this is now our favourite, we will be returning and would definitely recommend others to stay here too. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Clean guesthouse with lovely rooms. Beds were comfortable and shower was great after a long day of travel. Fairly easy to find parking one street over. Breakfast was great too overlooking their back gardens. Checking in and out was quick and smooth. Some great recommendations for the area too.

My husband and I stayed here with my parents last week. We flew into Inverness to start our tour of Scotland and this was the first B&B we stayed at. They set the bar extremely high. Both rooms were clean and just the right size. The breakfast each morning was over the top. The fruit was fresh and had amazing...

My extended family stayed here for one night. Our hostess gave us a great recommendation for dinner, even booking the table for us. Everyone found the rooms beautifully appointed, clean, warm, with comfortable beds, great for a good night's sleep. The breakfast was quite extensive, cooked wonderfully, with fantastic homemade jams, the recipes for which our hostess kindly shared with...

I stayed at St Ann's for one night with my mother. The house is very comfortable, and Bob made a bunch of recommendations and gave us a thorough plan for our stay in Inverness. The location is in a cute neighborhood, a short walk into the center of town.
