Our two-night stay at Ben Nevis Guest House was pleasant and comfortable. Our hosts went out of their way to ensure that we had an enjoyable stay. The breakfast was great. The location is excellent and the parking is free. We give the guest house the highest recommendation.

- Please note that the Ben Nevis Guest house has new owners (Steve & Cathy from June 16) so any feedback prior to this date was for the old management. I can't fault Steve & Cathy!! Our stay was perfect!! The guest house is in the perfect location to climb Ben Nevis, only a 3min drive or 20min walk to...

Thank you so much for your review. It was a pleasure being able to accommodate you both. We hope we have helped towards your next adventure up Kilamanjaro. Thank you for pointing out that we have only recently taken over, and are really proud of our reviews, I'm glad you agree that we are moving in the right direction. We...

The breakfast is tasty and you have lots to choose from, the owners Steve and Cathy are very welcoming and have great knowledge of the local areas. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. It is in a perfect location to walk to the train station and the town centre. Really enjoyed our stay here and would 100% return.

Stayed 2 nights with these guys and it's all done well. Friendly welcome, comfortable room with all the necessary bits and pieces to help your stay. Nice choice of breakfast, good location with parking - and so lovely to have a big bath to soak in! Bit of a clunky system to book, what with having to put a deposit...

Thank you for your review. We are really pleased that you had a pleasant stay, and that we were able to accommodate all your needs, from our comfy rooms, to our locally sourced breakfast, through to ensuring you had our bath ensuite double room. The payment system was very out dated when we took over and we have already installed...

Thank you to Steve and Cathy for making our long weekend stay so comfortable. Our room was really lovely, warm and clean and there was a really welcoming feel for us the whole weekend. My friend and I were walking Ben Nevis and as we had flown up could not bring our little bottle of camping gas so we owe...

Thank you so much for your review. We are very pleased you enjoyed your stay, and that we could help with a nice cup of tea at the top of Ben Nevis!! We always like to ensure you get a home from home feel. The porridge hopefully helped getting up the mountain. See you again soon. Steve and Cathy.

We stayed at the Ben Nevis Guest House for three nights and were given a large family room with large bathroom. The room was comfortable and clean. The hosts were lovely and very helpful and I believe Steve and Cathy have only been running the business for a couple of months. The breakfast was first class and certainly filled us...

Had a wonderful few days staying here this summer. Room was lovely. Clean, comfy, great shower room, spacious and good facilities. Breakfast was gorgeous each morning with a wide choice and served in a lovely conservatory. Hosts were so friendly and helpful. We stayed here while running the Fort William marathon and doing 'The Ben'. Although still pretty new to the job Steve and Cathy were excellent hosts and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and make the most of our stay. The location is good, and the room beside the size of the TV, I didn't even know such size of TV exist. Didn't like the fact that you cannot pay with card, even if in the site says you can. You can pay online, but you have to create a paypal account if you don't have one. Went to withdraw...

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry your stay earlier in June wasn't to the high expectations we set ourselves on. Thank you for the review. We are glad you enjoyed our locally sourced breakfast menu, and that we were able to advise on some of the surrounding attractions. The family room you stayed in is aimed predominately at 2 adults and 2 children, so we can understand how the room would seem a little less spacious. We would love to...
