We got a fantastic deal to stay here in January for two nights. Although the hotel itself is not a five star establishment, the staff were superb and the service was faultless. On arrival I was made to feel extremely welcome by the helpful receptionist who informed me we'd been upgraded to the honeymoon suite (and we were paying peanuts...

Stayed here mid December, cold wet windy but so comfy in hotel and rooms. Efficient housekeeping, friendly professional staff where nothing is too much trouble and everything done with a smile. Excellent value for money, free parking on site is a bonus, and just a step out to high street leading to train journeys, museum visit, gallery shopping, shoe shopping!...

We stayed here October 14, 2 nights dinner B&B. Food excellent. All staff very helpful and friendly. This visit was spur of the moment and really good. Room was spacious however at the front of hotel opposite Royal Mail depot so a little noisy early morning but not too distracting and did not detract from our overall visit. We caught...

Arriving on the train on a cold and wet evening this hotel is easy walking distance from the station. Lovely warm welcome from the staff with efficient check in. The room was small but very comfortable with everything one needed for an enjoyable stay. Breakfast with gluten free toast was a surprise in this smallish town. I would recommend this...

We stayed in the Best Western Imperial Hotel on our way through to Skye, and were very please with out stay. They featured a nice small bar/restaurant downstairs. Parking was a bit poor, and there was no elevator, but those were minor. The breakfast in the morning was good too. Room was spacious and warm during the cold weather.
