We stayed for one night at the Lime Tree for my partner's Birthday, and it was really lovely. We travelled with another couple from Spain and they were equally impressed. We had dinner at the restaurant and it had a lovely Scottish menu, and an amazing selections of wines. The international staff were really friendly, and the rest of the...

This was my third visit and this great little hotel has maintained it's unique local charm. Our request for an early check-in, given the arrival of the sleeper train was granted, which was a bonus! Request a room in the old section with a loch view - fantastic location. The bathroom and bedroom both had great views over the water...

We stayed one night at the Lime Tree, and had a great stay. We were passing through on a drive/hiking expedition through the highlands, and this was such a cozy place to stop and recuperate. The food in the restaurant really is of amazing quality.

A little hotel in Fort William overlooking the Loch. Our room (#1) was lovely, and from the peeks taken when other rooms were being cleaned, the other rooms are equally nice too. The food is very nice, both breakfast and their dinner menu too. There were some minor limitations I noticed. The first would be the lack of parking which,...

We stayed here for two nights recently while on a trip to Loch Ness and the highlands. It is very nicely located on the shoreline and a 2 minute walk to the town high street where we got some food after driving late on the first night. The room was warm, very ambient and romantic lighting, although in hindsight it...

We stayed here just one night, if we had known how lovely it was we would have stayed longer. We took the train from Glasgow to Fort William for the night, this hotel is a short walk from the station. In a beautiful old parsonage, the room had a beautiful view over the water. We had a second floor, attic...

He said it was ok, i thought it looked very unappealing. Had the pork belly dor main. Belly was fine, the pulled pork...

My wife and I ate here while on a celebratory trip to Fort William. We were both very impressed with the food and had a lovely meal. The quality of food seemed to reflect the price and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was how the kitchen (viewable from the dining room) shut down and cleaning began...

My husband and I stayed here for one night during Remembrance weekend and it was just lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful - had a real family feel to it - and our room was gorgeous. Lovely comfy bed and the room had a great ambience to it. The en-suite bathroom was spacious with an amazing shower and everything...

We arrived in fort William on a damp misty day, the hotel was really welcoming, nicely Scottish! Our room was clean, nicely decorated, spacious and the bathroom was nice and modern. The reception rooms had a welcoming fire too. Walls a little too thin or not enough insulation! Need I say anymore!! Breakfast was good and plentiful. Loved all the...
