We had 3 nights at the Mc duff and enjoyed our stay.
Our standard room was comfortable, modern and light and airy.
The view from the room was very good despite the road immediately in front of the loch.

Lovely friendly Hotel with warm friendly staff, good sized clean fresh rooms. Food served in restaurant and the bar, both to a high quality. Great choice at breakfast both cold and cooked. Yhis is our 2nd visit and we will be back again next year

This hotel had its good points and its bad points. Me and my husband stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. We were greeted with bad customer service from the get go, rude and did not make any effort to pronounce our surname.
Bus depot is next to train station and complete opposite end of town from Macduff. Bus goes past hotel door. We used the normal commuter train to Mallaig (£11 return) and it also stops at the Glenfinnan tower for photos... More
Bus depot is next to train station and complete opposite end of town from Macduff. Bus goes past hotel door. We used the normal commuter train to Mallaig (£11 return) and it also stops at the Glenfinnan tower for photos. Fish and chips very good in Mallaig station.
