Greenlawns and its owner Sheelagh have such a special charm and so much character. Every tiny detail is given a thorough attention. The bed was the most comfortable that I can ever recall. The breakfast was not only very rich and tasty, but the table setting belongs to either 5 star deluxe private lounge, or, to exclusive private enterprises like this one! Incredible. A reason to return to Nairn sooner than later.

What a fantastic B&B, Sheelagh is so welcoming and made us feel at home straight away. The breakfast is incredible - best Iโ€™ve ever had away from home. Staff all friendly and helpful. Great location, everywhere walkable distance. We will definitely return.

Absolutely top drawer, we stayed 2 nights on a lads golfing trip and could not rate the welcome and service by Sheelagh and the team any higher. We arrived late and the team were on hand to let us know where we could get food and a beer. Great location within walking distance to some nice bars and restaurants and 5-10 min walk to Main Street. Breakfast choice to rival a 5 star hotel . Will defiantly be back when we return for rhe Golf in Scotland events. Ps. Sheelagh , Budgie says hello ๐Ÿ˜‰

We have just had a great 4 night stay, at Greenlawns B&B. Everything from our lovely comfy and spotless room, to the very tasty breakfasts and lovely hosts who where very friendly and couldnโ€™t do enough, to make sure your stay was the best it could be. We will definitely return, hopefully in the very near future.

We were welcomed as a family here and nothing was too much for Shelagh and her team. They were very attentive to their guests willing to help on immediate needs. The beautiful house was great for comfort, beach was only a 5 min walk. Great base point for exploring more northern or visiting the Cairngorms in Scotland, local people really nice and helpful too. I would reccomend this place to stay as it let's you relax or access more . Good value for money excellent breakfast every morning would definitely visit Greenlawns for a return visit to Moray and the Highlands

Just had a great stay in Nairn at this wonderful B&B. Ideal location, just a short walk from the beach and the town centre. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a massive bathroom that had both a bath and a separate shower. Sheelagh was very approachable and informative, any questions or issues just had to ask. The breakfast was superb, with plenty of choice to choose from. Definitely recommended.

Cracking wee B&B, the host Sheelagh was so friendly and could not have been more accommodating. Lovely surprise to have booked a family room to find out it was in fact 2 large adjoining rooms so ideal for a family of 4. The B&B is in a beautiful area of Nairn and just a short walk to the fab beach and town centre. Very friendly Bengal cat made our daughters holiday. Would highly recommend and could not fault anything.

Another excellent stay at Greenlawns. Sheelagh & Dave are so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble the perfect hosts. There is a wide choice for breakfast, the rooms are immaculately clean & cosy. The guest house is ideally located & is a stone's throw away from the beach, harbour & town centre. We would definitely recommend a stay here.
