We have just returned from our stay at the Newton Hotel and must say that it was most enjoyable. Our room was huge with comfortable armchairs and a large t.v. All the meals were delicious , beautifully presented and served by very well trained staff. We will definitely return to this hotel. Well done everyone.

We were there one night as part of our tour of Scotland and Ireland. We arrived at night and left early in the morning so we didn't have time to explore the grounds but what I saw in the morning light was lovely. Our rooms were adorable, warm and comfortable. Heated floors in the bathroom, beds that didn't initially feel...

Yet again the Newton did not disappoint. We had a great room, lots of space for 2 & a dog. Dinner was great, one young waiter looking after the whole dining room did a great job! We were the only ones in the bar after dinner but there was still a nice atmosphere in the cosy bar area. Breakfast buffet...

We stayed recently with a few friends and we all agreed it was a lovely stay. The hotel has some lovely character with a pleasant mixture of old and new. The rooms were nice. The staff were all professional and pleasant and even put the fire on for us one evening. We all liked the deal of a drink in...

Unfortunately, our tour bus brought us in after sunset and we left before the sun rose. We did manage a quick walk to get a glimpse of the North Sea.We heard the breakers and wished we could stay for daylight. Nice bar area. Porridge for breakfast among other treats.

We had a pleasant and relaxing break. The hotel is in a nice secluded location. Our room was warm and comfortable, and the food was excellent and plentiful. It was very good getting your breakfast served at your table and not having to join a queue. Our dinner on the second night was really enjoyable, and the staff were pleasant and helpful.

This was the first time at the newton, went for three days, and have to say how lovely and quiet it was. Room was spacious warm and cosy, could do with a wee uplift, but was clean. Also liked idea if you don't want room tidied every day you can have a free drink at bar, did not have dinner...

My wife and I enjoyed a dbb break at the hotel recently. The room was very spacious and overlooked the beautiful grounds. Dinner and breakfast was very good with a good selection and a very comprehensive wine list. The hotel is just out of tNairn but a stroll through the grounds takes you to town or down to the sea...

Came up to Nairn for some peace and quiet just like Charlie Chaplin himself used to do, in this beautiful hotel. I'll start by mentioning its location, PERFECT. It's a stone throw away from the beach, a short drive to Inverness and on the door step of a messy Speyside single malt tour. Hotel it's self is a hard one...

We stayed here on route back to Inverness Airport. We booked through Secret Escapes. We were upgraded to a large family room with a massive comfortable bed. We received a warm welcome with a bottle of wine waiting for us in the room. We wish we had longer to take advantage of the hotel facilities but did have an evening...
