Fantastic room with a great view of the sea! Excellent pub with great proper beers and a wide selection of whiskys as well as an amazing restaurant attached. They went the extra mile and returned a lost Nessie toy we mistakenly left in Scotland. Fantastic experience

I stayed here for one night on two separate occasions. I towed my motorcycle up from Yorkshire, left the car at the hotel and rode the NC500 returning a week later to stay once again and collect my car. The hotel staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The room was fine, had everything I needed and was quiet, clean...

Very enjoyable stay for 2 nights. Good choice of real ales and excellent selection of whiskies. Comfortable room. I wasn't very impressed with the evening meal I had but breakfast was good. The hotel is situated near the centre of town, with a lovely view from the dining area.

Everything about this hotel was superb. The room, bed was so comfortable and the view stunning. Breakfast and meals were to the highest standard. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Good choice of beers and real ale as well as the huge whisky choice. Parking was a little issue but certainly not enough to put anyone off.

Very friendly welcome and Staff. We ate in the restaurant on the first evening, the receptionist kindly did the booking for us. The food was excellent and very good value for money. The service was very quick and attentive. The view from our table towards the sea gave us something to discuss whilst we waited for our meal. There was a...

Thank you for your kind comments. I'm glad you enjoyed your visit. Your are correct about our rooms. They do vary in size - some spacious, some small (priced accordingly). We try to ensure that they are always clean and comfortable. But a stay at the Braeval is all about the pub and restaurant - good food, good beer, great...
