We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay at the Gailes Hotel. We had the coastal getaway Si Spa experience package, which was delightful. The lunch was very nice as was the procecco. I floated away during massage & had to be awakened. The staff are all very Friendly & attentive. The evening meal was excellent but be warned the portions are large. The bed was very comfortable & I had a great sleep . Breakfast very good then checked out & went over to the gym as I’m a member for my hula hoop class .. perfect.

Food was delicious and the wine was fantastic too. Steaks were cooked to perfection and the recommended wine matched perfectly. Dinner with Lauren as our server was an absolute delight. An amazing meal made even better by her beautiful character and cheery nature.

Stayed for one night and from start to finish the service and care was excellent. The staff made a real fuss of our dog every time they encountered us and were very friendly. The hotel is a short drive from Irvine beach and we had a great dog walk in spite of the weather before returning to the warmth and comfort of our room with its super king-size bed. The food in the restaurant is very good, we had a lighter bite for lunch and later in the evening had dinner and drinks which we thoroughly enjoyed. Portion size and the quality of the food cannot be faulted. The facilities at the spa and gym were excellent. Unlike most hotels this was a proper gym with a plethora of state of the art equipment and free weights. My wife really enjoyed using the thermal spa to unwind before we returned to the restaurant for drinks later. A fabulous hotel with excellent staff, we will return soon!

I booked an overnight night including a spa day for my Mums Christmas. I wasn’t sure what to expect as we hadn’t been here before or heard anyone talk about it. We arrived at the Si! Spa at 12pm. We were welcome and shown to the changing rooms. We hadn’t brought any slippers for in the spa and when we asked about them the girls said they wrote on the email that they don’t supply them anymore due to the waste. However, they found us both a pair which we really appreciated. We sat down for our lunch with a glass of Prosecco. The food choices were good and the food was delicious. We then enjoyed the thermal suite before going for our treatments. We had booked in for the coastal getaway and the spa treatment was incredible. I can only describe it as the best spa treatment I’ve ever had. Rebecca was the therapist that done both my mum and I’s treatment and she was amazing. She knew exactly how to relax us and just took her time. We would definitely request her again in the future. Overall, our spa experience was second to none. We felt so at ease the full duration and the staff couldn’t do enough to help you. A special mention to Ashley who was so accommodating and really did make sure we were having a good time. We then checked into the hotel and were delighted with our room. Clean, spacious and luxury toiletries in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable which is always a win win situation. We had dinner and breakfast at the Coast restaurant. The food on both occasions was great. Again, food choices were great and all the food was so hot and fresh. We ordered the salt and chilli chicken strips for starters and these are a must get if you’re eating here. Sooooo tasty! We both highly recommend this place and both enjoyed our stay so much that we are looking to book again for two nights. :)

Recently we had dinner at the Gailes hotel in Irvine, we haven’t been in the Gailes since it had been reopened and it is absolutely stunning inside. The staff were as friendly as ever a special mention to Jamie who looked after us all night and was truly a delight. Can’t wait to come back and visit again soon.
