We were going to the horse racing at Perth racecourse and this guest house was ideal, was about 10/15 mins by car. We received a nice welcome from the owner and shown to our room, which was very clean and quite spacious. And a very comfortable big bed . It had an ensuite with a shower and fresh towels, aswel...

This is a lovely guesthouse. I had a nice welcome from the owner. The room was clean, warm and comfortable. Everything you might need had been provided. My only comment is that the shower water pressure was low. Breakfast was delicious and served on a nice light room. I had some printing for a meeting which the owners kindly printed...

The rooms were nice (first one basic but good, second one positively luxurious!), the hosts were helpful, accommodating, and polite, and the location we as good. The breakfast was great - with particularly delicious brown bread and homemade jam and marmalade, well cooked eggs and all the fixings....

Booked at the last minute, owner very obligingly held our booking until Hubbie could confirm time off work next day. One of the comfiest beds we've had in a B&B, immaculately clean bedding, which was lovely quality, immaculate and spacious room and bathroom. Lovely breakfast with fresh local berries, artisan bread for toast and quality bacon, sausages, black pudding and...
