We stayed at Scotia for one night. Room very cosy, with lovely co-ordinates, which makes the rooms nicely decorated. Spotlessly clean. Appreciated the Private Bathroom, TV, and tea/coffee facilities in room. Breakfast was excellent. Within walking distance to the city centre. Parking available just in front of hotel. Alisdair makes you feel welcoming and have an `at home` feeling, during...

I came to stay at the Scotia very last minute but was made very welcome by the owners and given a lovely room, very nicely decorated with delicious cookies to go with a welcome cuppa. Great B&B in an easy to find location and in a good spot to both explore Perth and the surrounding area.

I stayed at the Scotia B&B for one night, and would highly recommend every aspect of it. My room was clean and tidy, and had everything I needed, including TV, tea & coffee-making facilities and private toilet. There is a residents lounge, dining room and shared shower facility which was also spotlessly clean. There is parking just outside, to the...

One of the best B&B's I've ever stayed in. Would recommend The Scotia to all. All the family that runs this B&B are charming and very helpful. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. the breakfast was of the best quality.

I can't praise the hospitality, friendliness, and kindness of the hosts enough. Although I have only stayed in a few B&Bs, this one was my favorite so far. They were extremely accommodating and helpful. I hope everyone has the opportunity to stay with them! I stayed in the front room, which several individuals mentioned was loud. My friends and I...

I wish there was a 'good' rating on here ..... In between average and very good would be better for this in my opinion... I cannot fault the warm welcome we got here. The hosts are very friendly and very accommodating. Our room was at the front of the house and the road noise was really bad. I hardly slept...
