This has been one of our best stays in Scotland. Our Host was great and professional. She made us feel welcome and at home. We had three rooms, all decorated beautifully, spacious, lots of natural light and very comfortable beds. Walking distance to the main street, and a great outdoor area to sit and admire the views. The breakfast was...

Unfortunate circumstances led us to staying with Lorna, our chosen bed and breakfast host had suffered the loss of her husband but she very kindly arranged alternative accommodation for us. We were still on the same road, had ample parking and the accommodation itself was beautiful. We had a very nicely furnished bedroom with ensuite, lots of choice of tea...

Arrived at Ardvane to be met by Lorna who showed us our room. The room was clean and airy and had little extras ie shortbread and mints next to tea/coffee,cotton wool balls and q tips next to toiletries in shower room. We stayed for two nights and room and shower room were cleaned and fresh towels were put in. Breakfast...

we arrived in Pitlochry on a busy Saturday so we were very pleased to find a room here. The room was lovely and comfortable, shower was great, bed was great and breakfast was awesome. The best breakfast we have had in 6 weeks of travelling. The hostess is lovely and they are very discreet. Good wifi downstairs. We really enjoyed...

Never have I driven so long before finding a B&B. Went travelling with my mom for an extentet weekend, and boy o' boy was she picky on where she was willing to stay. BUT once we found Lorna's place I could finally relax. The place is so homey and nice that we both immediately fell in love with it. We...

I arrived in beautiful Pitlochry from Inverness without a place to stay and had to tromp around a bit to find a vacancy. I was so pleased to find one at the Ardvane! Tucked away down some stairs on Lower Oakfield, its garden revealed views out to the hills, and the entire house had a very peaceful atmosphere. My single...

A good sized room in a good location. Good breakfast. There is no real view from the room we stayed in which was a bit of a shame, given the surrounding hills, but that didn't detract from the quality of the room. The only gripe... the towels should be a little larger and a bit thicker. We're not giant size...

What a delightful B&B - very glad that we stumbled upon it. We're departing after 3 lovely nights here. It's a very homely B&B and Lorna couldn't be more welcoming. Delicious, ample breakfasts, lovely rooms and comfy beds. Ticks all the boxes and more. Thank you Lorna.

This is our second time at Ardvane, you could not find a better place to stop, handy for shops and restaurants, parking. The rooms are first class (we have stopped in two of them), spotlessly clean and comfortable, very gererous complimentary tray with everything you would want including lovely biscuits and mint chocs. and you could not wish for a...

The Ardvane was the best B&B I have stayed in, Lorna was absolutely delightful, and went out of her way to help me. The room was spacious, clean and pretty, as well as having all the extras that make a difference. I had recently stayed somewhere where there were no mirrors at all, this room had three. Breakfast was amazing,...
