I've just returned from Pitlochry after a two night spa break with friends. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff very friendly and the evening 6 course taster menu was excellent. This is a lovely traditional style hotel with very good facilities. The bedrooms were very comfortable. Our spa treatments were very relaxing. The hotel has a good sized pool...

The highlight of our visit to Scotland's Hotel was definitely the food. Our deal included a six course taster menu on both nights of our stay. The food was creative, well presented and very tasty indeed. Top marks to the chef! Breakfasts too were first class! On Valentines night the restaurant was very busy indeed and the staff struggled hard...

The traditional building housing the main hotel is a typical castle-like town building. There is however a lot more to this hotel. An annex just over the road, and the leisure centre which heads way down the car park behind the dining room. Having mentioned the car park, guests should note that is is not large and a bit congested....

We went to this hotel on a 2 night b& b deal with groupon. We added 2 children onto this deal and stayed in a family room. The room was clean and spacious and suited our requirements. My impression of this hotel was that it was dated but I expected that having read the reviews, it had a bit of...

A very nice hotel indeed. A great break with 2 nights breakfast and dinner, and entertainment included both nights. The meals were very good, and the entertainment Glitz ( four piece female group) on Friday night was very up beat. The Saturday night entertainment was a bit lower key but the female artist was very talented. The spa and gym...

Lovely hotel with a bit of character. Staff were great although very busy. Facilities were fantastic for keeping our 18month daughter busy with the pool close to our room, games downstairs, Faskally woods only a couple of miles away and lots more. Thank you

My partner and I decided to come to the hotel despite the rather unflattering reviews posted about it and were quite elated when we arrived. Reception was friendly and helpful, the room was quaint and sufficient, and the majorities of the potential problems with the entire stay came from it simply being an old building (one of the reasons we...

We were looking for a quiet getaway in a beautiful environment and Scotland's Hotel ticked all the boxes. The staff were friendly, the food was excellent and the evening's entertainment was a good laugh too - at the end of the evening there's a traditional style bar to have a few drinks and finish the day off. Room was clean...

I have just returned from a two night break at this hotel with a friend. We had stayed here about 10 years ago and decided to go back, we were not disappointed we had a room in the main building which was huge, the food was ace and the staff very friendly and attentive The walks round Pitlochry are brilliant and must add that the old mill pub is a must visit.
