An easy walk to the theatre, this house is maintained to the best of spec. Warm welcome, warm rooms and very comfortable beds. Breakfast choices are made the night before- served freshly made with military procedure. We have visited five times now and would not consider staying anywhere else in Pitlochry.

We had a lovely room on the ground floor which had a very comfortable king size bed. The bathroom was clearly newly done with a super shower. The staff were lovely and the breakfast equally so. Great value for money

Great place, value family room, spotless shower-room and bedroom. Breakfasts were brilliant. Good relaxing and comfy stay, assisted along the way by Christian (the "nothing is too difficult" Romanian manager).

We decided to stop over-night in Pitlochry on our drive further north over the holidays. After reading the reviews, and comparing prices of other B&Bs, we called and they were very helpful with our last minute booking. Overall the staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The included hot breakfast was delicious and ready...

We stayed at Atholl Villa over Christmas and were well taken care of by super friendly staff. The standard double room was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom is good sized. We liked the "build your own breakfast" options served in the cute breakfast room. The sitting are with the lit wood stove was a cozy spot to warm after a...

We had visited Pitlochry to see Scrooge in the Festival Theatre and were nearly tempted to cancel the trip altogether when realising the price levels in Pitlochry, even in December, for a family room. Atholl Villa was the best priced option and after reading some reviews seemed at least worth the expense. We were not disappointed. Check-in was friendly and...

Well situated guest house, close to walking trails, shopping and restaurants. Run as a hotel with but small in size and well appointed. Rooms were comfortable and clean, bathrooms were of a good size. Bit of road noise if your room is in the front(not overly disruptive)

This Villa is on the main street in Pitlochry. A little bit of a tourist town, but not overly commercialized. The staff was friendly- there was a big group of people checking in when we got there- the group seemed confused about a reservation so it took a little while to check in. The staff was very, very patient in...
