We had stayed in this hotel over the years, originally very good and subsequently disappointing with different owners. The current owners have retrieved the situation and it now offers a high level of service with particularly excellent breakfast buffet.

Lovely overnight stay in one of the coach House apartments,clean , quiet, lovely grounds and a smashing breakfast and very friendly staff although wouldn’t recommend for anyone with walking difficulties as it up a steep incline from the town Main Street.

Yes dogs can stay in room ,my friends took their boxer ,along with his cage ,and he was fine .The grounds of the hotel are good for walking dogs ,and I dont think it is that much for the dog to stay.Hope this helps.
