This substantial Victorian house has every comfort with friendly, caring owners Susan & Vaughan attending to every detail. My husband & I had a spacious double room which was extremely comfortable, the breakfast was made to order with fantastic choices & beautifully cooked. This lovely house is situated a very short walk from the heart of Pitlochry with all restaurants...

A beautiful B&B in the heart of Pitlochry. The rooms are of an extremely high standard and very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and catered well for me with gluten free choices available. Susan made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely go back.

Stayed only one night but could have stayed longer! Beautiful house, excellent hosts, Susan's homemade marmalade and jam were delicious! Not right on the Main Street, but very easy access and no Main Street noise.

Excellent location in Pitlochry and within short walk from all amenities in the town. Short walk from the beautiful riverside walks and salmon ladder, worth a visit. Hosts were very welcoming and made our stay very pleasant. Breakfast was hearty and of a high standard with good selection of choices. Rooms very comfortable.

Our room at Craigroyston was great - large and airy with a beautiful view down the hill towards the town center. The owner and staff were very friendly and warm, really made us feel welcome. The room and en suite were well appointed and the bed was large and comfortable - breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent.

Jack and Karen E. We (2 couples) stayed for 1 night, arriving late afternoon after a long drive. Gracious hosts. Vaughan immediately telephoned local restaurants to secure a reservation for dinner. We needed to leave early in the morning to board a train in Glasgow. Susan arranged a table at first sitting to ensure we would get off in time....
