I stayed for 3 nights with my daughter and three year old grandson in August 2015 Helen was amazing and willingly helped where required with little one. We were able to relax and feel at home, our room was large with plenty of room for the three of us Very quiet, very clean and everything we needed, nothing was too...

A lovely B&B, clean, spacious and in a perfect location. The land lady was very cheery & really went out of her way to please. Our breakfast was a treat and piping hot. Would highly recommend this as a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Brilliant place to stay. Lovely and clean and close to town centre. Owners lovely and friendly. Only downside was the noise coming from the pipes in the morning!! Don't know if that was just our room but i suppose there isn't much that can be done about it. Overall, great stay.

Helen was great and...

If you are looking for somewhere to stay which is clean, with a good breakfast, handy for the beach and shops, then look no further. We have just returned from a two night stay at the Richmond and it is ideal. The house is set on a residential street and is very well maintained. Our room was big with a...

Helen has a """"Wicked"""" sense of humour, the food for breakfast was amazing , along with everything else on offer, so like home from home. The house, and rooms, were fantastic, so big. We read the "terrible" review that was left, and it was nothing like what was mentioned, that person must have visited from another planet. The following reviews...

A beautiful guest house situated in a lovely residential area, only 10 minutes walk from Ayr station. The owners couldn't have been friendlier. I stayed there as a friend was getting married nearby, and when my lift to the wedding let me down, the owners offered to give me a lift to the venue themselves!! Well and truly beyond expectations....

“the room advertised as the en suite double was our upgraded room and it was lovely. there is also another double room with a separate bathroom for the sole use of that room. it is worth the extra for the room we got but in our case as we were the only ones staying we got it for no extra charge!”
