Amazing place to stay, rooms are brilliant, breakfast is fantastic (should try the haggis it's tasty) and there's a real 'homely/friendly' feel about the place. Just be careful of the owner... she's crazy 🙈

My husband and I went for a weekend break in Ayr, Scotland and out of the many guest houses we chose to stay at the Beaches Guest House, and all I can say is that we loved staying there. The premises and room was spotlessly clean. Jan was a wonderful host and nothing was too much trouble for her. She...

The location is brilliant, a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the town centre. We will definitely go back and recommend to all...

My friend and I were down for the football on Saturday, and had only booked the one night. So wish we'd stayed longer. Great seafront location on a quiet street. The room the best spec I've ever seen in a guest house, and the owner Jan delightful. Will definitely be back.
