Had a lovely stay here in early June. Accommodations were very nice and well maintained. Only possible fault was the size of the shower - tiny by N. American standards. Proprietress Mary was a lot of fun and very helpful and accommodating.

The hostess/owner is VERY acomodating so I would just email her before you book to give her a heads up. To answer your question though, I would say around 7AM to 9:30AM. They are used to early flights due to their proximity to the airport so I am sure they would work with you.
Have a fab vacation. Ireland was awesome!
