Based on Cafe Paradiso's reputation, we expected a memorable and inventive evening meal and I was not dissapointed. Such gorgeous delicious food that I ordered all the cookbooks as soon as I got home! But it was the guest room really exceeded our expectations. We anticipated an ordinary adequate plain room over the restaurant. I knew there were only two...

Lovely atmosphere, good restaurant staff, really imaginative delightful vegetarian feast. And the rooms are thoughtfully lovely - nice space, spotless, no TVs, stereo with nice selection of CDs, and breakfast to self serve at your leisure. Why aren't more places like this? Really special.

Room and staff were lovely. Breakfast goodies were left in the fridge for us while we were out for the evening - yoghurt, granola, cheese, fruit, freshly-squeezed OJ, lovely coffee and pastries... Husband is a full-Irish-breakfast man, but he said it was the best breakfast he'd ever had!

We had an amazing vegetarian meal here, one of the best, imaginative and delicious, even my grandson enjoyed his meal and he is not a big lover of vegetables, very good desserts and coffee. Staff also very friendly

From the outset the staff at Cafe Paradiso could not have been more helpful. The booking process was easy and they recommended the front bedroom saying it might be slightly noisy (it faces the street) but it was the nicer of the two rooms. The room was lovely- big bed, luxurious bathroom, and delicious biscotti. Our dinner was fantastic! I...

While we ate a superb dinner of amazing flavours in the restaurant, a basket of breakfast goodies was taken up to our gorgeous room and left on the table with a list of what was in the fridge and where to find the fresh pastries in the morning. And the box contained six pastries to add to the bread, biscuits,...

The room was clean and spacious with an equally clean and spacious attached private bathroom. There was a small mini fridge that had milk for coffee and tea as well as amazingly delicious truffles. We did the two nights with one dinner deal we found online. We were only in cork for those two nights and the location couldn't be...

I stayed here with two of my sisters in a family room. Lots of space. Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was a delight. You have it in your room and we ate like kings! A really lovely place to stay.
