What a beautiful house, Betty is a lovely host. Rooms are spacious, great breakfast and we couldn't have asked for more. Perfect location for the town or if attending a wedding nearby. Highly recommend.

We travelled to this bed and breakfast as a large group for my sister's 30th birthday party and nine of us stayed for one night. The house itself is beautiful and the rooms are very spacious with a double bed and a single bed in every room. There was also a fold out bed stored away in the walk in...

Excellent! Immaculately clean, delicious breakfasts, room s are large and comfortable, owner was extremely helpful. Car park was handy for off street parking, convenient location. Nice to have both a room key and a house key to come and go at will. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a quality B&B in Cork fro a reasonable price. Will...

My mom and I ended up at Betty's after our original B&B fell through. Unsure where we were ending up, we were very pleased when we found Acorn Lodge. The rooms are immaculate and the whole house smells so fresh! Best eggs from our trip, along with a filling delish breakfast. Rochestown is a little ways out from Cork city...

Everything here is clean and comfortable. We had just two issues, the shower in room next to ours woke us up and the TV needs to be updated it is a very...

We stayed 2 nights on short notice. Betty was warm & welcoming whilst also being helpful with advice on local dining, transport and places to visit. The House and rooms were very generous and immaculate, very we'll presented. Betty was very accommodating with breakfast choices. I would have no hesitation in recommending it to friends and family.

me and my best friend stayed in April, this place is truly a lovely nice place to stay. Betty is down to earth and helpful, polite and a laugh to have a conversation with. We saved money by having the full irish breakfast as we did not eat for the rest of the day as we were stuffed full of...

Betty has done an excellent job perfecting her B&B experience! The home is gorgeous with its decor, large sunroom, and pictures of Betty's family adding the feel of being at home rather than in a stale hotel. The house is wonderful, but Betty's presence is what really shines through. She is soft-spoken and gracious, ready to make you feel a...

I thoroughly enjoyed my two-night stay at the Acorn Lodge B&B. The house and the room I stayed in were beautifully appointed. The "lady of the house" Betty was most convivial, considerate and gracious. The freshly-cooked breakfast was superb and presented in a lovely dining room. It is easy to navigate to the B&B and access to the city is...
