Two is probably a little harsh but I don't think it was worth a three. Having just stayed in a wonderful hotel in Porto it probably made it even worse. Right from the start there were problems. One of the cupboards opened out into the doorway of the bathroom. My wife called me to look at something in the bathroom...

Stayed for three days just before Christmas on Business. I found the bedroom was nice and modern and the hotel itself was quite modern. It just lacked atmosphere throughout. The breakfast was good on the first two days as it was made to order due to renovations being carried out in the normal Breakfast area. On the third day the...

Room - comfortable bed and well presented space. No Phone in room. No iron or ironing board. I was there for an event, staff were short tempered and rude. Basic service at best. Checked in and was required to sign a document basically stating I would behave myself for the duration of my stay. Im 30 years old, i know...

What a strange higgledy piggledy hotel no clear signage as you drive in so we were unsure where to park .Went right down to the back to what looked like a main entrance with large pillars and revolving door only to step into a completely deserted hotel ! Had to wander through empty corridors before stumbling across a bar and...

Despite being hectically busy, post Christmas, this is a comfortable and efficient hotel. Location, near the motorway, makes it easy to find and parking isn't a problem. The reception area is very large and bright and nicely decorated for Christmas and the New Yeara All members of staff were friendly and capable. Our room with a double and single bed...

We stayed here as a couple just before Christmas and loved our stay. Firstly the hotel is very easy to find and there is plenty of parking. The receptionists on the desk were also lovely, the head receptionist/manager checked us in and we made a dinner reservation with him he also answered all of our questions. The room we stayed...

I have two small children and found this hotel ideal for us! Rooms are spotless and comfortable. The leisure centre is great! The kids loved spending time in the pool and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast buffet has a great choice, even have pancakes which was a hit with the Kids! Very close to cork city too! Will...

This would have been a superior hotel back in the nineties, and admittedly the Reception area is modern, bright and very impressive. However the dark green, drab and somewhat small bedroom was more mindful of a 3-star and I doubt very much if it was included in the 2008 refurbishment. Positive points were friendly staff and a very tasty breakfast....

This is a lovely hotel, with a busy bar area - make sure you book a table for dinner!! My original room was a single which was very small, however due to another issue I had to move rooms - this room was a much better size and definitely more "luxury". Good car parking available at the hotel and will...
