I have mixed feelings about my spa visit on Sunday. Niamh on the spa reception was extremely friendly and welcoming. The thermal suite was nice and relaxing, but let down by small things, such as the robe I had was torn and worn, the slippers were the fabric/cardboard, bedroom slippers so not really suitable in wet conditions, one of the...

Stayed here for two nights recently. The room was large and clean. The staff were friendly and efficient throughout the hotel. The Spa was really nice, and I had a great massage, though not sure the separate areas for men and women really work when you are visiting as a couple. What let this place down was the restaurant. The...

From when we checked in with the very polite reception staff to the ever helpful bar staff we had the best customer service you can get. The room was of very high standards and to be picky the curtains may need replacing as there was lots of tiny holes in it was like looking at a starry night with them...

Very good experience, well located near Douglas village which is a very busy suburb with good Restaurants and Pubs. Bar food and restaurant food in hotel is very good and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Leisure centre is very welcoming to infrequent Gym goers. Swimming pool popular with our children.

Really friendly staff who went beyond the norm to make sure we were comfortable in room and restaurant and toddler was well catered for. Had been there 5+ years ago, has held up well though some areas on way to pool could do with some attention. The damp/ former water feature area looking grubby takes away from the entry to...

Myself and my family enjoyed a nice break at The Maryborough over the mid term. The Hotel itself is maintained to a good standard, we found the rooms to be very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The spa and leisure facilities were excellent, the kids loved the pool. Elsewhere there's a thermal suite for the adults...
