We booked this place months ago while planning our trip to Ireland. A month before leaving, we had a change of plans and attempted to cancel our reservation as we were no longer planning on visiting Cork. Their response... "No refunds! We're keeping your money whether you stay with us or not." So we changed our plans yet again to...

The most welcoming homemade high tea on arrival was unexpected and made for immediate relaxation. Thank you Marcel for your friendly assistance. Our family room was in the house across the road from the main signed reception. Upstairs to the back it was quiet, clean and comfortable with a large shower-in -bath ensuite. The heat was blaring. A large bay...

This is highly rated on booking.com and fairly high on trip advisor. Upon arrival, a guest is welcomed with complimentary tea/coffee/drink and bread & sweet breads-afternoon tea-like. I especially like the fresh Irish soda bread. We were located two buildings down from the main "house." Top floor. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the furniture a bit worn...

This is a really lovely B&B. The staff are warm friendly and helpful. Everything is spotless. There are tea and scones/brown bread on arrival which are super. The location is right beside UCC and very close to the city centre, restaurants, bars and shopping. I would definitely stay here again. A great find.
