Cold winter hotel , presumably very good in the spring, summer and autumn. Draughty windows with summer time duvet on the bed. No night time residents bar, and night time staff indifferent to any questions.

Enjoyed our stay, location great, rooms nice & staff friendly. As I said breakfast was bit cold but otherwise nice, fresh fruit at breakfast would also be nice but none of these caused a problem. The car park was great and good value. The late night staff very friendly and accommodating.

Fab hotel on a Buzzing street, felt like we were on a street in New York. Great bars, restaurants, cafes , cool shops and a theatre! Shopped all day in centre 10 min walk away, then spent great evening in street around hotel. We will be back.

Beds are good, clean and very friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was not amazing with a very average selection but fast at least as all is buffet. I found the room very hot but difficult to leave the windows open because of the traffic outside however you get what you pay for and it's grand and cheap.

We have stayed in this hotel for our last three visits to Cork. Staff are pleasant and friendly and facilities are good. However on this trip the hotel was hosting a function and the noise levels were ridiculous. We could hear every word of the music and it reverberated through the floor. We asked to be moved however this was... More

Saturday night and there is loud music booming through my room. No early to bed tonight, even though I am up early to get the train. Also, despite mobility issues, I am on 3 rd floor. If I cannot use lift. I am not going anywhere. Let's hope the fire alarm doesn't go off. Found black hairs on the desk... More

Great location. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Cleanliness very good. Decor just a little bit dated. Bar staff and service was good. Did not use any of the leisure facilities. Parking arrangements were convenient and easily accessible.
