My husband and I stayed at the Cove Lodge in August 2014 for two nights. We met a very nice, kind and welcoming family . The B&B was very good. Bedroom and dining room were very clean, warm and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and suitable for my husband celiac disease.

My wife and I stayed at the Cove Lodge B&B in September and it was superb. Liam and his whole family made the stay comfortable. The accommodations were top notch, the breakfast was superb and our hosts were friendly to boot. We loved staying here.

Stayed here with my wife recently for just one night. Easy to find just outside Donegal town. Liam was very helpful taking the booking and although we arrived late everything was in order. Our room was warm and very clean and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and dining room was very neat and clean. All in all this is...

Room was neat and clean. Liam, the owner, seemed a bit harried and was anxious for us to pick a time for breakfast the next morning. Apparently they had a full house needed to schedule and rotate the guests. All this was curious as when we arrived at the appointed time in the morning there was one other couple and 6...

Our room was beautiful, nicely appointed, comfortable and quiet. And the food delicious. Joan and Liam gave us PERFECT suggestions for local fun, both touring and places to eat. We could not have liked this...

Arrived at Dublin airport at 4:30 am and drove four hours to Donegal in the dark and pouring rain! As well as on the wrong side of the road for us!! We were too early to check in so we went into town for breakfast. Joan very kindly let us check in early and we slept for three hours! Joan's...

...that's the Cove Lodge. Liam and Joan are gracious hosts and have a lovely B&B. Clean, modern, well appointed rooms. The quiet and inviting reading room was enjoyed also. Morning meals offer a wonderful choice between full Irish and fresh fruit, cereal, and yogurts. Just a few minutes east of Donegal Town and great setting beside the bay. We would...
