A lovely B&B in a beautiful setting. Unfortunately we only stayed one night, arriving in the dark, and setting off early the next morning so we really could not take in, from what we saw in the morning, the magificent surroundings. The rooms were beautifully appointed and breakfast was excellent. Situated 5 to 10 minutes from Dongegal we came in...

Located on the edge of Donegal in a beautiful country setting this gracious two storey residence offers very well appointed rooms and lovely breakfasts all set in lovingly tended gardens and with views across the garden and paddocks opposite down to Lough Eske a superb lake. The McGinty family are gracious hosts as one has come to expect in Ireland....

I was fortunate enough to find this B&B on Trip Advisor and booked it for our trip in October 2012. It was the reviews I read here that convinced me we needed to stay. I hope I can convince others it is a perfect spot if you are in Donegal. Four of us stayed here for three nights and enjoyed...

Noreen was even gracious enought to dry my shoes and do a bit of...

Stayed two nights at The Arches in mid September. It is in a good location to tour the northern part of Ireland and to view the beautiful Loche Eske. The property is very well maintained, both inside and out. The rooms are clean and have nice views of the lake. While is is outside of Donegal City it is only...

Spending four weeks touring Ireland and this was one of the nicest B&Bs we have been in. Very impressive driving up and extremely neat. Breakfast was AAA+, order the French toast. WiFi was not picking up in our room, but just went to the common room. Highly recommend staying here.

This B&B is simply gorgeous. Just driving up to it takes your breath away. It's perfectly situated overlooking Loche Eske. What a gorgeous view to look out at. The Arches is located about 5km out of town, but so worth the extra few minutes to get there. It's completley quiet and have I mentioned the view??? We were very graciously...

The Arches combines the quaintness of the countryside with the modern conveniences of home. The hospitality is friendly yet professional. Food is excellent, the rooms are clean and comfortable. A lovely view of the lake adds to the ambiance. We highly recommend the Arches of Donegal.
