Good location for visiting Dublin air coach stop outside and buses into the centre of Dublin nearby, reasonable price too, room was a good size, bed was comfy and breakfast was very nice and staff were friendly.

Stayed there in early fall for five days. Located in a nice residential area, the hotel is pretty far from downtown. It takes at least 40 minutes to walk to main tourist attractions. Buses run frequently though. The hotel is very shabby in the common areas. Rooms are old and tired. The hotel is right next to a school, and...

Stayed here for 2 nights and surpassed our expectations. Great breakfast, fantastic full Irish (or continental if you prefer) served quickly by very friendly staff. Nice big rooms, clean and always warm. Ten minutes walk from St. Stevens green and ten minutes walk from the Aviva. Air coach stop is right outside so very handy to and from the airport....

We booked 3 weeks, but we extended 1 week more. Staff was kind, It was clean, room service was great, food taste good... My mom was very sick, so I had to go back to my country. But all staffs looked after my son very well. If someone is visiting Dublin, I would like to introduce to them. It's located...

On an earlier than planned arrival (approx 10.30am) to drop off our luggage, we were told that two rooms were ready for new guests arriving, and the lady on reception told us that the room on the top floor would be the quieter of the two. From the outside it dosent look too bad, but as you make your way...

Never came across such great and helpful staff, helped and accommodated us wonderfully. Very good room rates, great location 15 minute walk to Stephens Green, Herbert Park and Ballsbridge just round the corner as we say, breakfast very good, we will be back.

In poor shape this address. Ceiling in need of paint, shower unreliable and no pressure, bathroom miniature. Old wooden windows impossible to close and open and NOISE incessant. Walls wafer thin and disturbed by a group of noisy women from early morning! A most unpleasent stay. Reception verging on limit as regards friendliness - appears two people multi task at...

I had read other reviews which did say the Hotel and I am afraid I must agree with them. We stayed in room 20 and the sink was very cracked which is totally unexceptable for hygenie reasons and the ceiling needed painting also the tv was placed on the wrong wall. Also the stair carpet had holes in it. Breakfast...

I stayed for two nights in the hotel - it is quite a long way out of the city centre but for me that was perfect as I love to walk around cities and found it really interesting to walk into town. Having said that a direct bus to the city centre bus stopped virtually right outside the hotel so...

Great place to stay really nice modern comfortable rooms at a excellent price and really friendly welcoming staff that were so accommodating for us. Rooms were lovely clean and fresh. Excellently located near marley park and the city center and a bus stop just outside.
