Sandra and Ken were absolutely perfect hosts! We really felt warmly welcome. Breakfast was great and location very near to bus stops to city center and airport. There were couple of stores and pubs close to Botanic Villa too, so it wasn't necessary to go to city center if you wanted to have something to eat. Our room was nice...

It was a small room, especially the bathroom, for two people, but for the price and location it was good. Sandra and Ken were extremely nice, Sandra was able to help us look for a place in Clonmel and in Galway. Our first Irish breakfast included everything in it unlike the rest of our stays. We were able to park...

The locals all seemed very friendly and helpful. The owners are very welcoming and full of advice on the best places to visit to make...

We were expecting to have a twin bed room with a shared bathroom and we ended up getting a double bed (with two twin beds also) and our own...

To suit our budget, we found we had to stay a bit outside the city. This was an excellent location with very convenient bus service. Sandra was most helpful with planning via e-mail beforehand and Ken chipped in when we got there. Very comfortable accommodations, excellent food, and gracious hosts.

This is the second time that I stayed at Botanic Villa. Sandra and Ken are so friendly and helpful. Sandra is a great hostess. The home is very close to a bus stop and Sandra has the bus numbers printed on the business cards. She also let me know that the fares had increased since my last visit. I make...
