We were due to stay in the loft apartment with our friends, but the bathroom was situated in one of the bedrooms and had glass walls. We like our friends, but we're not that close, so went to get a second room. The lady behind the desk was really friendly and managed to give us a room from someone who...

Thank you very much for your feedback. I am truly sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your experience in our Loft Penthouse Suite. Kellys Penthouse Suite is a unique urban space which features a modern door-less walk-in shower. It is overlooking the charming Victorian architecture of the lively Fade Street which can indeed get rather noisy at the...

I stayed at Kelly's for two nights over the Easter weekend and was really impressed from the initial ease of booking to checking out with help from really friendly staff. We really liked how approachable and friendly the staff are but they were not overbearing. The hotel is secure needing a fob, the room was well appointed and clean, had...

Sure, a lot of the previous reviews mention noisiness. Obviously, if you really need your beauty sleep, take that into account if, but for us, noise was not a problem at all (we were on the top floor). The staff we encountered were all helpful and gracious, the bedding/beds are to write home about (seriously, what are those linens? I...

Great hotel in the midst of it all! Bathrooms are small but have everything you need and are quite clean. Bed and bedding were extremely comfortable. You will hear street noise (earplugs provided) but that's part of the appeal in my opinion--hum of the city! We missed the breakfast due to an early flight--we will just have to visit again!...

It's always tricky picking a hotel in a city like Dublin. Wanting to be central, close to attractions, bars and restaurants without being caught in an area overly 'touristy'. The stylish Kelly's Hotel was perfect for everything we needed. Close to some great restaurants, pubs and bars, the hotel is centrally located and a comfortable walking distance to many of...

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel itself was very clean and the room was immaculate. The decor was simple but tasteful and the bed was very, very comfortable. The location was perfect as it is close to the main attractions of Dublin City Centre.

I can't tell if rooms 7-17 are a lot better, but rooms 1-6 are directly located above the no name bar, so on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, don't expect any sleep until the music stops. And that is at 2.30 am for the weekend... it's not a matter of 'just putting your earplugs in'. We moved to their other hotel...

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. We are aware that unfortunately the noise can be an issue for some of our guests. Consequently, we make a point in being transparent in our communication with our guests prior to their arrival to avoid any issue. All our guests staying with us at the weekend are always sent...

The main thing to say is that there is a lot of noise from the street and the bar on the ground floor but you are warned about this many times before you arrive (on the web site, trip adviser, confirmation email, at reception etc etc) so this should not come as a surprise to you! We didn't find it...

Thank you for your very objective review regarding the noise situation in our hotel! I am pleased to see that you enjoyed your stay with us, here at Kellys Hotel. I hope to see you another time soon, maybe in our Executive Room next time which come with more space, and a bigger bed. Regards, Manon Hotel Manager

We stayed at Kelly´s before Christmas because we wanted a central accommodation in the heart of Dublin. The rooms are basic, but clean with a comfy bed. Kelly's is great if you are looking for short distances to bars, pubs and restaurants. Not so great if you also like to sleep at night. We had read the reviews about the...

Thanks for your comments. Kellys Hotel is a small but very busy hotel located in the heart of Dublin city centre. This is an area where locals and visitors alike go out until the wee hours of the morning especially towards the end of the year. Around Christmas time and New Year Eve, our guests usually embrace the festive season...
