Staff aren't very interactive or helpful, and seemed a little rude. Beds were large and comfy, but bedrooms were pretty dull and a little depressing. A lot could be done to improve their standard, I'd actually rather pay more for a slightly less dreary environment than stay here again. And normally, I'm not quick to spend a lot for the...

Stayed here last Friday night. 1st room I got heating was broken moved to room next door. Very out of date, curtains hanging off rails cobwebs and spiders around windows in both rooms. Staff very pleasant but rooms need a make over and a good scrub. Wouldn't stay again

Stayed here the night of Ireland vs New Zealand in the aviva stadium. The rooms were clean with a nice view over the bay, shower was great. The hotel itself has everything you need and is close to dart station. All in all a pleasant stay

Stayed here at the weekend with a group of lads as we were going to a game in the Aviva stadium which is a short DART ride from the Hotel (the station is only a few minutes walk from the hotel). The Hotel is an ugly building from the outside but is fine inside. We had lunch in the bar...

A little far away from the city centre, looks ugly from outside, but inside building is standard 3-star hotel, nice and large rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast (except that for our 3-day of stay was all day the same food...). DART train is approx 8-10min walking, BUS on street before hotel.

As the air conditioning in my room didn't work the hotel was very warm so uncomfortable in July. I did get moved to another room the next day though and received a letter of apology and a box of Milk Tray for the inconvenience! The access to rooms from the lobby is awkward and I noticed older people struggling to...
