Drab room, Upholstery damaged Poor bathroom. Not a good start though they did change my room to what I ordered originally. Staff friendly. Is it just me but do all hotels ordered on Expedia get the worst rooms because the rate is low?

Only positive thing really about this hotel was friendly staff, room we got was disgraceful, the curtains ripped and hanging down, dated and dirty looking, would not close enough to darken room to sleep. Stains all over the wallpaper, old, dingy and drab furniture, table falling apart. Room nothing like they look like on websites like booking.com. Totally miss leading...

No frills attached, clean, comfortable and cosy. Definitely in need of a update but good for the price. I book for business usually always last minute and arrive late so need somewhere handy. Tara towers is good value at €79 with great transport links and a 10 minute bus journey into city centre from outside door with dart only a...

Good value for money with a fantastic view from my room located on the sixth floor at the front. Very warm welcome from helpful reception staff. Room was large and maybe due a refurbishment but for the price it's very acceptable. Room clean and well presented. Great view comes at a cost with considerable traffic noise from the main road....

I stayed 6 nights here in April, 2017. The staff were very nice, even helping me by email ahead of my trip. Be sure and notice that the interior windows in the restaurant are from an old church in Wales. Very nice atmosphere, good food, comfortable bed. I hope to return.

We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of March to attend an event at the Aviva Stadium. It is convenient for the Dart into Dublin and you can be at Temple Bar in 40 minutes for €2. The hotel itself is a little bit tired and the décor could do with freshening up a bit although it did...

I stayed solo at Tara Towers because It was close to University College Dublin. Sadly my impressions were not good. I was given an executive room, which was smoke free, but the window overlooked a pseudo balcony that had a ton of cigarette butts, but no access which made me wonder who could be out there. I couldn't close the...
