This hotel is rated as a two-star place, and it is. It is clean and the beds are comfortable. And its location is great, parallel with the Spire in O'Connell Street. After that I have little positive to say about it. We established that we were in a room that had no fire escape, which was particularly disconcerting as the...

This hotel simply costs too much for what it is. Very dated, shower wasnt working properly, breakfast choices very limited and the windows are practically non-existent. Very loud and cold in the rooms. Some of the staff was friendly, two people were rude. If the rooms were very cheap i could live with all that, as at least the room...

I travel a lot on my own so I'm generally looking for somewhere to leave my bag while I go out exploring. This hotel was ideal for me. Great location, just a few minutes walk to the main street. It was very clean with a nice bed and bathroom. There was also a kettle with tea and coffee in the...

Stayed for one night at the end of November for a concert. We had two rooms and both were fine for what we needed for this type of trip.A place to sleep in a city centre location after a concert in the 3Arena.The hotel in general is a bit dated but the rooms have been renovated to a modern standard and...

Went on a lads Xmas break to Dublin and booked in here as it wasn't expensive , reason being its not great , rooms barely adequate , toilet/shower room very very dated . This is more like a hostel than a hotel , if your going on a lads bender then it's probably OK,just , if on a family or...

Had a fantastic stay, rooms clean, beds comfy and bathroom was a good size and clean. Breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful. We were on the top floor and there are no lifts. So property is Not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Tip: book directly with the hotel for a free Irish breakfast

I stayed here in September 2016 for a reunion. I booked a quadruple room but when we arrived and checked into the room it was a room with with a camp bed and two doubles. I complained to the receptionist who told me that the quadruple room had been taken. After a little negotiation we were given two separate rooms....

This hotel was in the perfect location and the staff were really helpful with directions etc. The room was basic but clean and a good size. Don't let some reviews put you off - I would recommend this hotel but don't expect the Hilton. The location and staff make this well worth the stay for the price you pay. We...

first of all its not a hotel, more a b&b. second, its very shabby & run down but clean. The 'bar' is an empty room with rickety furniture & v few drinks & no customers but it advertises 'music 7 nights a week' which there wasn't, so false advertising. it is very central which I needed. The 'breakfast' was served in...
