Location wise, this hotel is unbeatable. Step out of the entrance and you are bang smack in Temple Bar. We were able to leave our bags until check in at 2pm. Surprisingly, any street noise (we stayed Thurs-Sat) wasn't noticeable at night time (4th floor) and the views over the Liffey are fantastic. The rooms are compact but clean and...

A panoramic view from the bedroom made this hotel 5* ... I'd definitely stay again however take earplugs to counter street noise. The staff were always helpful when we had queries. The wifi was always good during our stay. They provided tea and coffee and biscuits daily. The towels were replaced daily if that's your thing! Being so central was...

Situated around the corner from Temple Bar, the rooms give a stunning view over the river. The staff went out of their way to make our stay an enjoyable experience and we were sorry to leave. The only thing preventing me from giving a 5-star review is that some of the room fittings could do with repair. Nothing major but...

We spent one night here over the weekend and it is right in the heart of Temple Bar. The TradFest was on and being a Friday the area was lively, so there was some street/road noise from the room, to be expected. There is a small staircase leading up to the reception kiosk, where check in was thorough and friendly....

Just spent four nights here in room 400, superb room with brilliant views over the river Liffey and north bank. We felt the price difference over two of the nights was a bit pricey ( nearly one hundred euros more each for friday and saturday ) considering we were there for four nights would have thought a little discretion would...

We wanted to stay in Temple Bar and my uncle visits Dublin regularly but has never stayed at the Eliza before, it was in the heart of Temple bar but not on a street that is too noisy. In fact it's on the quay to the Liffey and all the rooms have river view! I booked directly and they gave...

Great location in the heart of Temple bar- party place in Dublin. If you look for a quite place to stay we would recommend to stay somewhere else as there is a little bit of noise coming from the bars in the area and main street by the river. Our room had a lovely view looking across the river Liffey....

My hubbie and I spent four nights at Eliza Lodge and were satisfied with the stay. We had opted for a hotel in "the middle of everything" and were prepared for a lot of Temple Bar noise, ie drunken people from the nearby pubs and night clubs at night. However, our room on the second floor was quiet, and the...

The hotel felt like a homeless shelter. Although it was not too expensive, the quality was awful. It is next to the main road and so the rooms are very loud. We arrived in the evening and the cold water was not working in the sink and when I called the front desk all they could say was that the...
