Eliza Lodge is in a great base for exploring Dublin. Located in the heart of Temple Bar, there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, and it is also within easy walking distance of the main shopping area of Grafton Street. The room we stayed in was comfortable and clean, although it was a little on the small side. However,... More

I have visited this hotel on a few occassions with friends it is right in the heart of Temple Bar. The rooms are very comfortable and the view over the Liffey is fantastic. Always enjoy staying here. Breakfast is very good too.

hotel is in a great location, especially for shopping and nightlife. there was a handy keypad access for guests to come and go from hotel, which was useful after a late night out in the city. there is a nice restaurant downstairs. the hotel is clean and seems to have been built approx 15 years ago. halls and lift were... I have always read reviews on Trip advisor, but feel so strongly about this hotel that I had to write my first review! Upon arrival to the hotel (Sunday 23rd October) we arrived at roughly 3.30pm and were told our room wasn’t ready, even though the hotel states we can check in from 12pm!! When our room was ready, we... More

If you want to be near the Temple Bar with its bars, pubs, restaurants and nightlife, the Eliza Lodge is your place to stay. Bring your earplugs though if you want to get any sleep because it is very noisy even with the windows closed well into the early morning. My wife and I stayed here Saturday, Sunday and Monday... We chose this hotel because it was in the Temple Bar area and overlooked the Liffey River. This is where most of the action in Dublin is located. So if you want music, dancing, good restaurants, easy access to shopping and tourist areas this is the place to be. If you want peace and quiet then select a hotel away... More

We stayed 4 nights at the Eliza lodge while in Dublin for the Solheim. The lodge was in a location very convenient to the Temple Bar area, the historical area and the train station. Yes, the rooms were a bit small, but how much time will one spend in their room while in Dublin! The lodge staff, as well as... More

The hotel is in a great location with a nice view from your room over the River Liffey. Within walking distance from great pubs (Temple Bar) and other attractions and shops. Rooms are clean and tidy, but minimal. Being in a busy street it's very noisy though, so don't expect much sleep :P The reception desk was hardly never staffed,... More
