We had to book this guesthouse when we went to Dublin last year as we lost our hotel through lowcostholidays. The celtic lodge accommodated us very well and were very welcoming upon arrival. The member of staff at the front desk was very helpful in showing us on the map where everything was in Dublin. The room was very clean...

I stayed here for two nights in a room with two single beds. The room and the bathroom were very small, and didn't really have a lot of features or personality. The beds were comfortable, but that was really the only benefit of the room. The front desk staff was very rude though, and the worker we talked with wasn't...

I think you'll find yourself pleasantly surprised with this hotel upon arrival. When you first enter, You are greeted by the lovely staff who are quick with a smile and always ready to assist. Everyone I interacted with seemed genuinely concerned with the well being and happiness of each guest, which I found refreshing. (Sean in particular, was very knowledgeable...

Expect small rooms, small showers and small beds when you're in Europe but this locale is smaller than usual. ..very uncomfortable mattresses...tiny shower, room heater wasn't working properly, paper thin pillows and rough neighborhood at night. On a good note...centrally located, close to bus station...employees went above and beyond to help rectify issues and the best full irish breakfast we...

Firstly the staff are very friendly and helpful with both the bar and the restaurant below being excellent (which I will highly recommend separately). Unfortunately the rooms particularly the "on suites" (which are tiny) really needing a rethink and although not obviously dirty look tired. Dublin may be expensive but you can get better for your money not too far...

The staff was great, the location was great, the noise wasn't too bad (because we had just come from the location of the noise) but the rooms.......no mam. The rooms are in desparate need of an upgrade and a good cleaning. I did not particulary see any dirt but my sinuses noticed the dirt/dust, on the first night I couldn't...

We had requested a room with not too many stairs and quiet ....we got one our of 2. We had an ensuite room at the front facing the road and it was noisy and it was not a weekend. We go to bed fairly early but it was so noisy and the room was so warm I needed a window...

Not luxurious but comfortable, good value friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfasts. Rooms small but comfortable and beautifully warm when it was very cold in Dublin during our time there. My only criticisms were the shower - When I had a shower before 08:00 it was not hot enough, the water pressure is a bit low and the shower head...

Stayed at Celtic Lodge Guesthouse for two nights for a business trip. This place is good value for money. The Spire is a 5 minutes walk away and when you leave the guesthouse you find bars, restaurants... The room was basic but more than ok. You can also have breakfast there. Staff was very friendly and always there to help.

Don't recommend this place to anyone. I went with my family and first of all there was no light, the place looked dirty and totally different from what you see in the pictures. The staff were shouting to each other to say something. When we tried to cancell they charged us and told us that they had already given the...
