I wonder if people are confusing two separate buses. It's the first time I've come across several different services. Aircoach (which runs along the road at the bottom of Waterloo Road) goes a lot closer than the other airport buses, one of which was meant to drop me at this Doubletree hotel in March but which didn't turn up and left me stranded. I think tourist info should make it clearer, as could the hotel website, that 'Aircoach' is different from the other airport buses.
