I spent 2 nights at the Waterloo House. It is a pleasant walk to the city center but there are bus lines and taxi's within a short distance if you don't want to walk. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. When I arrived back after touring the first night nobody saw me...

nice staff, gave us great directions and suggestions for our visit to Dublin. The rooms are nice and clean. Very good wifi connection. There are buses connecting to the center nearby and even the walinkg is not very long. Some good pubs and restaurants nearby. There is a good connection to the airport 5 minutes walking.

We arrived early and were greated by Evelyn who offered us breakfast downstairs and then a suggested itinerary for the time while our room was prepared. Throughout the stay she and the staff made every effort to see that we had everything we needed and offered helpful suggestions for our Dublin visit. The area where The Waterloo House is locaded...

We selected Waterloo House for several reasons: We enjoy guest houses; breakfast included; convenient location. We were not disappointed. Our room was comfortable, and since we would be touring most of the day, it was ideal. The breakfast dishes available were varied and tasty, and the dining room was bright and cheery. Unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to...

Overall our stay here was great. To start with, the staff went above and beyond. They were friendly, they bought my parents tea in the lounge while they read listening to classical music. They helped with directions, recommended great food, booked taxis etc. Generally breakfast was great, there was wonderful fresh cut fruit, and the waffles were homemade and wonderful....

If you wish to stay in an upmarket B&B in Dublin City, Waterloo House is a good choice. I stayed on the first floor in a room facing onto the road - I usually request a 'quiet' room but the room was book by a colleague & I was woken up by the traffic noise before 7 am despite it...

I found Waterloo House to be very clean and comfortable. We were on the second floor, but there's a lift to get the luggage up there, so not a problem. This is in a very quiet area, and walking around, we saw 2 embassies within a block or so. This was one of our most expensive accommodations during our 2...

We've stayed for 3 nights at the Waterloo House; clean room and spacious enough, bathroom is also clean and comfortable. The rooms are not outdated yet but within some time some renovation will be necessary. The breakfast is great (full Irish breakfast with black and white pudding, bacon, toast, ... one word: delicious after a night full of Guinness :-)...

I stayed at Waterloo house for a bit longer than a week at it was really like being at home. The room was beautiful, clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times (especial thanks to Evelyn) and the breakfast in the sunny patio with views at the back garden was the best way to start the day....

We found Waterloo House to be quite lovely. We arrived in the evening, and were greeted by our hostess with a smile & charm. She asked if we needed anything and made recommendations for dinner spots. Our room (90euro) was on the smaller side, but felt like it was part of an old mansion. It had several old furniture pieces...
