Very disappointed with this hotel.. Yes I know its near O Connell Street but they could spend a little bit of money on it... We had to sleep with our clothes on the room was that cold, bathroom was like an ice box with mildew on the tiles!!! Headboard fell off the bed only to see that who ever painted...

Really couldn't fault this hotel. Going by the scaremongering some of these reviews do you wouldn't want to leave your house! The hotel is on a central street, just a stones throw away from O'Connell Street, or Bus Aras or Connelly Station if you want to do some further exploring. The front is full of helpful leaflets to help you...

I read all the reviews that were posted on the hotel's website and it sounded like this hotel would be ideal. I booked the hotel 2 days before arrival, so only non-refundable rates were available. Then my daughter read the reviews on trip adviser and urged me to cancel our reservation...but it was too late. There was no way to...

I had a very particular issue which needed the consideration and co operation of the hotel management. Helen O'Leary and her team went above and beyond what one would expect to facilitate my request. My family and I really appreciated their care and consideration. It is this level of personal service that really speaks to the quality of an hotel.

Slightly dated decor, all very clean, perfectly serviceable rooms, very friendly staff, lovely breakfast. Good value for money. Most enjoyable visit to Dublin, although close to the rail line there was no nighttime noise.

Reception area is large and inviting, the room was fairly dirty the carpet looks like it has stains from years. There was no lock on the bathroom door which isn't the end of the world except we were just friends sharing. The paint on the ceiling was peeling as seen in the photo. The door looked like someone was trying...

In general the hotel offered comfortable accommodation and a good base to enjoy Dublin. Staff were pleasant especially those working on the excursion desk whom were very helpful. Yes the hotel is located down an odd street with a few dodgy characters however as any normal city or new place you just have to have use your common sense and...

The hotel is really nice and the rooms are quite spacious. The breakfast which was included was also very tasty. No toiletries were provided, there was only a soap dispenser next to the sink and in the shower, we were not sure if it was shower gel or shampoo. The hotel is situated underneath a bridge from where the train passes...

Well very rare for me to comment but felt it was a must. Stayed in room 320. This was ment to be my 40th birthday treat. It was that a you can see from the pictures. Check-in no problems. Dropped luggage and went to the bar which if the bar man was to smile his face would have cracked. You...
