I prefer this hotel over the airport locations. It is well placed, a short walk to Grafton St. has excellent rooms, excellent bathrooms, great food, good service (from the out of town employees, generally local Irish think they are doing you a favour when you are at a hotel or restaurant) I like the hotel layout, the pubs nearby are... The room was typical Hilton but a little small and cheesy--no drawers for clothing, just a closet, even though there was a bare wall that could have easily accomodated a chest of drawers. This is the reaon the place doesn't earn a 5 rating. Location is good, quiet, on a canal, but easy walking distance to center city and Camden... More

First impression, hotel looks and smells nice. Location is great and service is exceptional. Reception - service was great. I arrived late at night and the guys behind the desk were still cheerful. Room - definitely modern. The bed was huge. The pillows were honestly super soft - and for pillow lovers like me, good to note that there were... More

This hotel is very convenient to the downtown area, and local pubs, with the trolly train runninng right next to it as well. The rooms and hotel is clean throughout. The hotel staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast is plentiful, and the hotel bar is cheaper then any other pub around town.

Stayed here for the first night of a 10 night Ireland trip and it was a good choice for what we needed after our travel. The room was comfortable and well priced. We were exhausted and opted for dinner from one of the restaurants onsite and wished that the food was a bit better. All and all a good option... More

My husband and I stayed at the Hilton Dublin last Friday night as we were dining nearby and wanted somewhere within walking distance. I had read previous reviews and, therefore, was delighted when I found I was being checked in by Lisa who had received particular mention by other reviewers. She was great fun. Never imagined we would be so lucky to return to Dublin so many times on business, and we are so happy we chose this Hilton. Great location along the Luas, just two tram stops or easy walking distance from St Stephen's Green and Grafton Street. Terrific front desk staff, housekeeping, and waitstaff in restaurant and for room service. Large buffet... More

I'm spending good few nights in Hilton during the year (approx around 30+ nights) and it is always a unique and genuine experience particularly thanks to 2 members of Staff that I have to mention by name - it's Lisa at the reception and Patrick - food and beverage manager.
