My friend and I had an excellent stay here during the week we visited. The food here is amazing as well as the staff. The manager of the hotel was very kind and took an elevator with my friend and I when a guest he didn't recognize was in it with us to ensure our safety. The rooms are kept...

Dated room Heating not working , cold Offered a move at a cost into newly upgraded room Be careful not to fall for paying extra for the refurbished floor (told by employee) Expensive £120 a night for poor experience

Stayed here over the w/e for a rugby match. Convenient for the Aviva but felt a slight trawl to get into the city centre and over to the 'nightlife' side of things. Was a little disappointed when offered an 'upgrade' to find I was paying extra for a newly refurbed room and although it was nice I wouldn't go over...

...but I wouldn't want to stay longer. WiFi was awful and stayed awful. Repairs were needed; some were being made from the sound of power tools first thing in the morning. Had to ask that some items be replenished at breakfast buffet even though there were only a few people eating breakfast. Upside: Within easy walking distance to Merrion Square...

Checked in late. Needed to get to bed and asked for fastest check in possible. Took 2 minutes. She nailed it. I've stayed here before but this was my first time in the newly renovated 4th floor. Very high standard art deco that would look right in 1920s NYC. Great appeal. Much better than before gang. Nicely done.👍 Iron. Still...

This hotel is in a great location ... about a 15 minute walk to Temple Bar (and area) and about 1 block to a pick up /drop location for the Hop On/Hop Off bus and the airport bus too. The hotel was quaint and beautiful and a very good price. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is...

Loved this hotel!! From the warm welcome at reception, and the very convenient (and quite cheap, for Dublin) parking close by, to the dinner and service in the main bar. But my room, or should i say suite... OMG. Room 400 is a newly refurbished room on a new floor in this hotel. ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!! so much space. so tastefully...

My wife and I visited for part work, part pleasure, and spent a week at the Alexander. The location was perfect for us, with easy walking distance to many options for food, sightseeing, and other entertainment. The room had plenty of room to serve as our daily home base, with a comfortable bed, refreshing shower, and the usual amenities. Breakfast...

The refurbished rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Location is also good, close to Stephens green and Grafton Street. Our experience was marred by unhelpful advice - being told and reassured by the reception staff that it was OK to leave your car outside the hotel , unattended for 10mins plus was not correct and resulted in a 80 euro...

This hotel has a good location in the heart of Dublin. It is a quite hotel with the feel of old, not vibrant at all The room is small and the beds not very comfortable. The bathrooms are small but very beautiful. I would have appreciated some cream available in the bathroom with the toiletries It's a place that doesn't...
