O Neills was a brilliant place to stay, the room was a good size as was the shower room, and the shower was excellent. Lovely décor, very clean, nice homely breakfast room and the food was good and very well cooked. All in all a great place and convenient for everything - tour buses stop almost opposite, Dart station down...

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at O'Neills - it far exceeded our expectations! Our twin room was very large with a good size bathroom, both of which were very clean. The room had nice decor and much more character than a typical hotel. The breakfast offered each morning was delicious and served in a lovely little dining...

This place is nicely decorated. It is mainly targeted for tourists. It is self served. You pick what you want and take to your own table. Most of the items on the menu are what tourists are looking for. The waiters are friendly but give wrong info. We ask for a Fisherman Pie, the waiters repeated told us that it...

The line moved a little slow, but other than that it's a great place for some Irish food and a cold beer. The bacon and turkey pie with cabbage will a cold beer was very enjoyable after a day on the road touring. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting that Irish atmosphere.

I arrived in Dublin with a friend anticipating a lovely holiday and a nice place to stay (hopefully) but what we arrived to was so much more than we expected. The rooms were lovely and clean with very nice bathrooms (always a gamble but we were pleasantly surprised). The pub below was great, excellent food and very pleasant staff. But...

Atmosphere electric but terrible, terrible food. I mean who ruins cod and chips with garlic. Nothing for me and ended up having a sandwich with a very soggy salad. Awful. Its the last time we will eat at this establishment. However, the craic was good, shame about the food.

I am afraid that you may have reviewed us in error because we certainly do not serve garlic with our fish nor do we serve sandwiches so I cannot comment on this review. Please post this review in the correct location.

The owners of the bar/townhouse are very charming old Irishmen who you'll find bartending in the evening and cooking an amazing breakfast in the morning. The Full Irish Breakfast they cooked for me every morning I was there was AMAZING! The entrance to the townhouse rooms is separate from the bar so you won't have to worry about walking past...

Great food, but split the meals. Good value! Had the fish and chips and lamb stew! Delicious. Good atmosphere and good conversation around the table. Nice location after our walking tour! The music started at 9:30 so we did not stay for that.

We visited as a family of 6. The location of the hotel is great, right next to trinity college and 5 - 10 minutes walk to temple bar. The rooms varied in finish but all were clean and comfortable. We paid for breakfast on the second day which was worth the money. Would definitely stay again
