The moment I walked in, I knew this was not a nice place to stay. The owner was not home when we tried to check in and barked at us when we kept calling to ask to check in. The 4 bed room was actually a 2 bedroom with 2 additional cots, which made a very tight fit for the...

My boyfriend and I booked this bed and breakfast as a last minute option. We were shocked my the appalling welcome we received immediately. The lady of the house failed to greet us, only to bark at us for ringing the door bell twice. She then failed to comply with any questions we asked her such as the wifi password...

I am attaching pictures to this review - taken this morning 29.09.13 I stayed here with friends last night and still feel sick when I think of the place - it is filthy dirty, completely overpriced (would not stay here again if I got if for free), totally unprofessional, old, unacceptable standards in this day and age etc. etc. .......

I stayed here for one night with my fiance, in a double ensuite room, and it fitted the bill perfectly for what we needed it for - a place to keep our stuff while we went out, off-road parking, close to the centre of dublin, a stone's throw from the bus stops to get into the city centre, with a...

Starting work in Dublin and needed a place to stay quickly. Booked into Donneybrook B&B from the Sunday night until the Friday morning. Had to pay upfront upon arrival. Cold tap in bathroom didn't work. Wi-fi in room was so poor that I could not establish a connection. Towels were not changed the second day. Breakfast room was locked at...

No staff to greet us. Phone in room but no phone line in bldg. TV in rooms don't work. Electric outlets in room don't work. Advertise Wi-Fi - works sometimes. Breakfast - stale cereal, not enough fruit for the number of guests. Nice garden only accessible between 8-10 am. Pricing is very weird. Single room higher price then double room....

We stayed here because one of us was attending a conference at the University College of Dublin. We were able to get a good price over the internet, which we felt gave a reasonable value for the accommodations; but when we stayed an extra day we were charged the "regular" rate and did not feel it was worth that price....

We booked 2 rooms for us and our best friends that we were traveling with for one night. When we arrived (3 hours early) the only one there was the cleaning staff. We planned to just leave our car and head in to the city center. The cleaning lady said she would call the manager about our room. Then she...

I stayed here one night as a couple very recently as we were attending a party in the city and needed somewhere cheap and convenient to stay for the night. We were almost put off booking it after reading some of the reviews here. I think some of the reviews are quite harsh. I have never written a review before...
