Stayed here on 14th Dec. Extremely disappointed. Hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to many of Dublins best shops, restaurants and pubs. The minute you walk in the door, it cries out for help in the decor and upgrade dept and also with old damaged furniture. The upstairs gets worse, stained carpet and walls in corridors. Bedroom...

Stayed here for a long weekend. The room was filthy. Almost all the furniture was broken. The walls of our bedroom were stained with what looked like dried blood and mucous. The shower ran hot to cold without warning. The WiFi is only accessible on the first floor and even if you get connected you could be waiting a while...

Went here for my birthday for a couple of days. Hotel was very basic and staff in need of some basic customer service skills. Staff were friendly enough just No One asked if we even enjoyed our stay. The room itself didn't have enough plugs, could do with a deep clean, and needs an upgrade of facilities. TV was from...

I am a frequent traveller and actually have actually stayed in Dublin on numerous occasions. I decided seen as I was travelling up with the family I would look on bookings.com and find a suitable accommodation. I had initially found a 2 bed apt in temple bar but was booked by the time I got through to book so the...

Really good location and easy and convenient to get to. A bit outdated but clean. Lots of restaurants and bars all around. We were initially worried that we were too far from temple bar but it's quite close. One downside for those who like it super quiet at night was that fri and say the bars around can get quite...

The location was great and front desk staff tried to make it positive. But this hotel was overpriced, dirty and badly needing a renovation. I've been in some bad hotels but this was one of the worst. The Wifi worked occasionally but only on the ground and part of the first floor, not in the room. The room itself was...

The rooms sanitation was terrible. The carpet appears to have had a flood on it and it was never replaced. It was disgusting. The bathroom had mould around the tub and ceiling. The air vent in the ceiling was so clogged with lint I was worried it would fall onto my head. They did not even have the time to...

We have stayed at this hotel several times previously and the position ( close to Grafton St,Gaiety Theatre & St Stephens Green )& cost still are the best things about it. The hotel is also close to many good restaurants & wine bars -- Peplos on Stephens Green would be a favourite. Also The Port Hose & Salamanca Tapas Bars...

In the middle of everything Dublin, you can walk anywhere from here. There is a huge selection of bars, shopping, clubs a short walk away. The staff are very helpful and nice. There is wifi only one the first floor and only in the lounge area, and it barely works. The rooms are very old and tired, but clean enough....

Absolutely brilliant location, also has a really nice bar area within the hotel. Right next to the shopping area, nice bars with loads of restaurants. If you want to go into the livelier Temple Bar area this is also only a 10 minute walk so 10/10 for overall location. This hotel however is nearer a 2 star and not a...
