This B & B was so comfortable! We arrived after a long trip to a beautiful Irish breakfast! The room and bathroom were both very comfortable and the city is so easily accessable. We were given so much valuable advice to help us on our onward journey! Just lovely!

Truly, this property is quite lovely, located in a fantastic residential neighborhood just steps from the Botanic Gardens of Dublin. The owner, Bernie, is a gem - welcoming us in immediately and giving us plenty of tips and advice for exploring her city. And breakfast was great! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Another visit to Botanic View after last year's stay. Bernie had agreed a discount with a helpful local Inn/ Restaurant for evening meals. She also recommended a visit to Dublin's Botanic Gardens - just a short walk from the B&B - free admission with some stunning floral displays.

The Irish breakfast is delicious. They both have gone above & beyond the norm in providing travel & dining suggestions. The location...

We arrived after a last minute booking and found Bernadette to be a lovely welcoming lady. The amenities were good and the bed comfortable. It was very quiet and we had a good night's sleep. Breakfast was excellent. Would recommend.

Just across the road from the Botanic Garden, this is a friendly, hospitable B&B. Easy bus route into the city centre. There wasn't any tea and coffee facilities in my room - maybe that was an oversight I should have chased but a bit frustrating. Don't know about breakfast as I was out first thing for an early ferry but...
