We stayed in this hotel for two nights when visiting Dublin. The location was perfect, in the centre, and close to the bus stop to get to/from the airport (or anywhere else). We had to go to the airport at 4:30am and took the bus that goes to Belfast via the airport. The room was cosy and very nice and...

Perfectly situated just off Parnell Square! Rooms were clean and comfortable and the service excellent. Really can't fault the price either. Have been twice and would come back again in a heartbeat. Fibber McGees (the pub located to the rear of the hotel) is open late and is great craic 10/10

I got this hotel last minute and the staff were so welcoming. Really went out of their way to help me feel comfortable and familiar with anything I needed. The rooms are very clean, the food excellent, but really they get 10/10 for customer service. It's been a long time since I've had such lovely and attentive service. A big...

Good location, cheap, good bars around. Perfect for concert in croke park.. Very basic rooms but we were only sleeping there! we had no issues, slightly hard to find. Lady on the desk was lovely. Breakfast included in the bar downstairs was lovely.

Yes, rooms have been renewed but all the building is dirty, noisy and with no attention to details. I asked for earplugs because of the noise of the pub downstairs. Breakfast is very poor. No buffet. If you don't wan the Full Irish one, staff is lost. Just toast and jam. The only good thing is location: very close to...

First opinion was oh dear not too good. But never judge a book by its cover. The exterior was drab and entry was by entry phone. Short flight of stairs to be greater by delightful Bernie. A local lady who was lovely, friendly and very helpfull. We were given our key to our room on the second floor. The room was...

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. We arrived two hours early from our flight, Our luggage was taken care of and we were offered breakfast and our room was instantly cleaned, so that when we got back from breakfast it was all ready for us. I am a performer and was over for music gigs...

Check in wasn't until 2pm but they kept back our bags, staff member not friendly. Checked in at 10pm, different staff member friendly and helpful but only 1st floor rooms available (which is noisy due to bar underneath which is open until 12pm the night we stayed which was a Tuesday). Fully recommend reserving either 2nd or 3rd floor room...
