Great price. Friendly service. Location very good, bus stop right out front. Within walking distance to some points of interest. Room size not bad. Reserved a single room, the room I received had two twin beds. Mattresses weren't very comfortable but were bearable for 4-5 nights. Had a room on the top floor, lots of steps, no lift..however this shouldn't... More

There were some pros and cons about this hotel/B&B, so I'll try to be as objective as possible. Pros: - It's in a great location. It's within easy distance of many Dublin museums, and there are lots of bars and restaurants on the same street. There are even 3 Spa shops and a Tesco on Lower Baggot Street, just in... More

When you book a room in this kind of "hold House" "historical buildings" places, you expect paper thin walls and limited commodities. But, although the staff there was amazingly great, it didn't make up for the really small, overpriced rooms... Maybe it was because it's July, or that's the average room price in Dublin, but for us that was a... More

The location is a short walk away from St. Stephen's Green where you can pick up tour buses, and a nice walk into town to see other tourist sights. Hotel was quiet, staff was friendly, room was clean.

We chose this B&B for its location and were pleased all around with our choice. The location is excellent, the staff and the cleanliness can't be beat. Our room was small but complete, the wifi was free and sufficient and the breakfast selections were fresh and wonderful. Baggot Street Lower has so many restaurants, it's hard to choose one. There's... More

Spent one night here as we were attending a concert in the National Concert Hall, it was within walking distance. Room was very spacious, breakfast was excellent, staff very friendly and we could store our luggage until we were ready to check in as we had arrived early, there was no charge for this unlike other places I have stayed... We stayed here for one night at the end of our trip. The location is great and the inn is cute. The bathroom was a bit dated. Overall a great value. There are also 3 parking spots in the back! I would recommend if traveling on a budget.

My family - 10 adults and a one year old - stayed here for 4 nights. We were able to have breakfast together and plan out the day. Food was plentiful and delicious. It is a historic building which comes along with problems, but the service was excellent. Everyone there was cheerful and welcoming. We could walk to the park,... More

The photographs of this Georgian guest house look amazing, the location is very good but our room was small, it was intended for three but was small for two! The bathroom was very dated and the plumbing noisy, as mentioned in a previous review the refil on the toilet was very noisy indeed. Our room was directly above the external... More

We spent four nights in this B&Bb. It is very conveniently located close to Stephen's Green and in walking distance to many of Dublin's attractions, yet at the quiet end of Baggot Street. The hotel has rather small rooms, but it's clean and it has a good value for the money.
