We stayed here for our second time last week. We had our two grandchildren with us and they had a great time in Galway in general. The hotel is located on the promenade. Rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Beds very comfortable and all linen fresh. Room was cozy and warm and even though above a bar there was no...

Centrally located hotel in Salthill. In walking distance of all amenities in the town. Clean rooms and comfy beds. The rooms are above a bar... The office.. Which was really buzzing and good for a quick drink.

Stayed here for one night 2 adults and 5 children aged 10 to 14. This was great for us as children justed wanted beach and to funfair.. lovely pub on ground floor. Both rooms were clean and comfort. Bathroom was good. Shower worked. Tea/coffee faclities in rooms with biscuits. Come and go as you please. Good location. Bus every 30mins...

We just stopped here for a few drinks. They were lovely and the atmosphere was very relaxed. It is situated in a very peaceful spot and lovely just to sit and chill. The staff were very friendly. I was just wondering if there was a child's bubble gun toy left behind?

We stayed here only for one night. After seeing it on TripAdvisor as not being too good we didn't know what to expect. It was amazing. We were greeted by friendly Martin. Then given our rooms which have a TV and their own built in router so you have the best connection. We had only booked a twin room but...

This hotel is in a great location. Friendly welcome. Bar underneath the hotel is very busy and a good atmosphere. Live music too. Surprisingly well soundproof for the rooms above. We stayed in room 8 which overlooked the road...very noisy from the street. Shower was fairly terrible but just about useable as very low pressure. No fan or air con...

We choose this hotel for location and prize and were not disappointed. Our room was comfy and clean and the bathroom was adequate. Staff were always friendly and the pub downstairs was great for a nightcap. Lots of shops and restaurants around and the beautiful promenade to walk on. Also so close to the show Trad on the Prom. Would...

The Holiday Hotel is located in the Salthill district of Galway....under a block away from the beautiful coast line! To get to the city center it is a 30 minute walk...which was less than ideal...but since it was such a beautiful walk, we didn't mind. The hotel staff were very non-existent...we only saw them upon check in. The room perfectly...

We were 5 friends visiting Galway for a night out and booked 3 rooms rooms in the hotel for one night. The man on reception was friendly and helpful. The rooms were a bit dated, but were clean and for a nights stay were ideal. Bed was comfortable, 2 pillows provided per person, ample towels etc. Prior to our stay...

Seen some negative reveiws about this hotel. I found well worth the money we paid, which was fifty euro for two adults and one child. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean with fresh bedding. Even though there was a pub underneath, never heard any noise. Only issue we had the water pressure in the shower...
