The only small downfall was no shampoos/shower gel/hair dryer and the lock to our door was doing a funny thing and wouldnt close but staff were superb and came straight up to help. Although we were on the main road, we slept through...

A double room with a small balcony & great view of the Corrib, handy for the town. Friendly staff, good & generous breakfast, fine pint of Guinness. The en suite was slightly niffy, but for €35 per night, no complaints.

Stayed for one night and the service from start to finish was always welcoming. Lovely Bar food and the location is perfect. Rooms were neat and tidy and the beds were comfortable. Everyone of us that stayed had only good things to say and we will diffidently be back.

We arrived cold and tired from a long drive to find the hotel CLOSED with all doors locked. We knocked and pressed the doorbell many times but no one...

Stayed here 10 years ago when I was a student, and as Galway was almost fully booked up, was left with no alternative but to stay in the Galway Arms once again. As a student, I found it just ok, but 10 years on its even worse! The accommodation is old, dirty and in need of complete refurbishment. We had...
