Stayed in the family room with a group of friends for the Galway Races. Lovely room, clean, comfortable and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend! Good value for money and a great full Irish in the morning.

Mike was a very welcoming and adaptable host. He cooked a brilliant breakfast in the morning and went out of his way to make his guests feel welcome! The rooms were clean and cosy, and the B&B is located near the city, easy access by car or bus.

Having booked and stayed at very short notice and arriving awfully late in the evening, the owner was very accommodating to us. The rooms were fine, the shower good and we slept well. My own personal taste would be to have tea and coffee facilities in the room, but you can have it made if you want:) The breakfast was...

My husband and I stayed at The Branches for our honeymoon. We absolutely adored our time there. They were very friendly and helpful in regards to sightseeing and public transit. (This was particularly helpful to me because this was my first time outside of the states.) My favorite experience at this B&B (and my husband agrees haha) was the cooking!...

Very homely, clean and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, bedroom was comfortable, only complaint there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom but if you asked the owner he would make you one. Free parking outside the house.

This is a very good B&B about 2 miles from the centre of Galway (on a bus route). The rooms are comfortable and clean, although the bathroom was very small. Breakfast was excellent and the owner was very friendly and helpful.

I have 2 young boys and always my first priority is the cleanliness of a place. I really was so very impressed by how spotlessly clean and tidy this place was. The owner is so accommodating and so very friendly. We arrived tired and late (after 2200hrs) and yet he welcomed us with a cheerful smile. We had family room...

Lovely, quiet street with lots of B&Bs. Host was very nice and breakfast in the morning was plentiful and delicious! Room on the small side, but cozy and comfortable. We would probably stay closer to the city next time.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was small but comfortable and clean, and the area was quiet. Good breakfast (full irish with cereal, fruit etc) and friendly host. Free parking (surprisingly hard to find in Ireland), and very good value for money.

Just returned from a weekend at the Guinness & Oyster Festival and we stayed at the Branches. The B&B is in a private Cul de sac of similar large modern detached houses used as B&B; indeed the location is quiet with no road noise and very private (Not in the middle of a council estate as one previous reviewer stated!)....
